Yeah what’s kept me from pursuing this for 15 years was not being able to deal with rejection. It’s something that I’m able to do now, and like you said is just part of the job. But the worst is feeling like you’ve put so much energy and love into an audition but you’re just yelling into the void.
Iirc a convo with a creator friend, they CAN download reels from CCC and it won’t show it as listened to, so they make sure to always click play to show the green check ✅
Doesn’t fix the frustration of the current situation though 😕

It can hurt and feel so unfulfilling when this happens. Sadly there are plenty of projects that cast when they find THE VOICE without listening to the rest. It can be really disheartening.
