I am extremely behind in college because I cannot mentally get myself to manage work and school at once on top of menstral hormones making me both nauseous and giving me extreme mood swings that further mess with my ADHD. It really sucks and it’s seriously stressful
Does anyone else with ADHD struggle with recognizing themselves as disabled? I feel a lot of imposter syndrome because i can, on a base level, manage a job and take care of myself but I struggle significantly with everything else.
