If American car manufacturers want Americans to buy their cars, they need to fix the problems with them. The last American car I owned was a Chrysler and it was such a piece of shit I said, never again. Since then I've owned a Nissan, a Hyundai and a Lexus and I'll never go back to American cars.
I thought these people are the pro-capitalist-at-all-costs, let-the-market-sort-it-out folks? How is this different than letting Korean or Japanese cars into the American market? Maybe focus on making American cars better so they can compete. I haven't owned an American car in two decades.
Poll taxes are unconstitutional. Any i.d. that is required to vote has to be provided by the government.
