Grateful to @EASCarpenters for the tour of one of their state-of-the-art training centers in MD. Currently, the union facilitates a pre-apprenticeship program at DC’s Convention Center. As Mayor, I’ll fight to expand access to this kind of workforce training right here in DC.

They killed this man in cold blood. They literally pulled him into a physical encounter that he had not initiated. His back was turned, and he appeared to be attempting to protect and provide aid to the persons who had been pepper sprayed. ICE needs to go now.
