I can only think of instances where a specific thing decreased in price due to a newer version of that thing being released. But that’s the only situation I can think of.
I think housing is one of those things where very few new technologies could possibly make it cheaper. The only one I can think of possibly making it cheaper is if we can eventually produce lab-grown wood at scale for less than a lumber mill can. I think we’re a long ways away, if it’s even possible

Agreed. Especially with so many excellent episodes in the middle of the season. If it was dropped all at once those episodes wouldn’t get the attention they deserve. With binge drops only the first and last episodes get attention.
