That isn't my thing but I've definitely used writing for cathartic wish fulfillment in other ways (e.g. "Things suck but then the bad guys lose and the good guys live happily ever after"). It feels good sometimes
I got a bunch of cavities despite good brushing/flossing/mouthwash habits until I started using ACT restoring mouthwash (at the suggestion of the internet b/c my dentist was unhelpful). Not sure if it'd help your issues but maybe worth a try.
Engineer and radio operator/repairman. Not particularly rugged. (My grandmas were a doctor, which is pretty cool considering she was born in the early 1900s, and a secretary.)

Well, I made 3 batches of dough & 1 kind of filling (so far) & tomorrow I will hopefully make many hamentaschen.
I opened a cabinet, looked up, sighed, and said, "Being short is annoying." XD
(Animorphs was technically my 2nd fandom after I tagged along with my older sister to Pern RP fandom at age 13, but I don't remember reading any fic there.)
I honestly don't remember but probably Animorphs fic on a random Geocities website when I was 15.

Every time I take baked goods somewhere the last few years, it's inappropriately festive because these are the only paper plates I have. 😅
