I’ve seen examples of coding agents like Claude going rogue and deleting codebases, dbs, or otherwise failing to heed a direct command to stop what it’s doing. There’s also avenues for malicious prompt injection using MCP servers. John Hammond did a nice video on the topic over on youtube.
