Sounds like Halligan is conflating indictments with counts. They never true billed any indictment. Only two counts. The first indictment was rejected because of count 1. The whole jury never saw the second. She assumed putting two counts true billed on a pizza box lid would be good enough

If the two indictments are the same as already voted on, is it necessary to redo everything? I hear it’s not as long as they are identical. I’d like to see this thrown out, but looking for facts.

My understanding that as long as the two indictments were the same as previously voted on, that’s ok. I don’t like it, but it doesn’t make it wrong by law.
