I think the best realistic outcome is:
1. Iran regime survives with more pragmatist leader.
2. Regime considerably weaker - nuke, drone and missile programmes wiped out.
3. Regime then falls when Iranian opposition can mobilise.
Avoids chaos and potential civil war from regime-change power vacuum.
