I think people will find it friendly than the standard mortar for sure
I'm curious how the giga grenade fits in with our current slate of throwables. Seems like it's gonna be comparable to the ultimatum and the Leveller but in grenade form. Bigger boom for shorter range.
I am thankful to get a gas mortar. I am an EMS sentry taker and I think the gas is gonna be a good option to have available for missions. #helldivers2
Congrats to that one guy who really, really wanted the entrenchment tool as a secondary. You got your wish! i0 #Helldivers2
Those are super cool designs, awesome work all around
Screenshot from Wikipedia: "Unit cost Domestic cost: About US $1.09 billion (FY 2022) for a battery;[2] US $4 million for a single PAC-3 MSE missile[3] Export cost: About US $2.37-2.5 billion for a battery; US $6- 10 million (FY 2018) for a single missile[4]
Screenshot from an article used as citation: "How much does the Patriot cost? Over the years the Patriot system and missiles have been continually modified. The current interceptor missile for the Patriot system costs approximately $4 million per round and the launchers cost about $10 million each, CSIS reported in its July missile defense report. At that price it's not cost effective or optimal to use the Patriot to shoot down the far smaller and dramatically cheape1 [ranian drones that Russia has been buying and using in Ukraine 'Firing a million-dollar missile at a $50,000 drone is a losing proposition,' said Mark Cancian, a retired Marine Corps reserves colonel and senior adviser at CSIS."
The heck is that math? Whyyyyyyy is this spending approved? (Rhetorical)

I like the hot dog and the sterilizer on the bug front actually a lot. Confusing enemies while they get burned does a lot for crowd control.
Reddit is fun cause you'll post about a weird thing that happens in a lot of your missions and someone will comment "I've never seen that happen" like you're just making it up
That's allowed!
Higher difficulties is where min/maxing one's loadout becomes more important. 380 offers a lot of damage over a wide area, but the trade off is the randomness and long cooldown. Most ditch it at higher levels in order to have something that offers more focused damage with a low cooldown.
That's awesome!
I love my amazing community. I didnt even publicly post this, and yet one of my patrons immediately crushed this KO-FI Goal!
A huge thank you is in order, that's money that's going towards commissioning some artists I know to help me put more art in the #LEGACYFirstFlight Core Book!
Yup. A lot of the standard stratagems are widely used even by players with access to everything else. The warbonds offer interesting new gear but no one is forced to buy anything
*more at 11
Exactly! Some stuff sticks with ya (Senator, Anti-Tank emplacement, my beloveds). I was buying warbonds but now I just grind and am not missing out on the ones I don't have (yet)
LEAKED FOOTAGE OF HOW THE ILLUMINATES CREATE FLESHMOBS! MORE ART 11 #justHelldiverthings #helldivers2
There are tons of videos breaking down "is X warbond worth it?" and I think that's the beauty of a lot of it. They are all bringing *something* to the table, but it's not necessary to have them all. Heck, you can *ONLY* bring 4 stratagems anyway, so most gear sits unused on your shelf. #Helldivers2
Games now have long chains of patches, updates, new characters, new armor, new weapons. Sure, some companies abuse that, but AH imo does a good job at making it fair and optional. It's not "pay to win" but "pay* to try this new stuff, (*if you don't want to SC farm)."
Another thing. FOMO is toxic. I get that gamers often feel like microtransactions and unlockables are cut content from games that companies are trying to charge you extra for, but it's been two years. I remember when games came out and that was All You Got. No patches, no new weapons, no DLC.
For one, even if you bought all the warbonds, you need medals to unlock the stuff in each one, which take time to earn and in that time you are going to collect up more Super Credits even if you aren't farming, so buying all of them at once is a bad idea.
The Warbonds are extra. They are optional. They are offerings of different gear and styles you can opt into or enjoy the game having only spent $40 and nothing more.
Someone claimed you had to buy "Every warbond" in Helldivers 2 in order to "experience the complete game," and I call bullshit on that.

Let's normalise to reply more with small and nice comment โจ
What's make Bsky so cool is the community feeling and the social kindness. I'll never stop advocating for not feeling stressed or dumb to say "so cool", "I love it ๐" and other small cute comments!
A simple word can mean a lot to Artist!
