They literally just got out of the car, saw the tiny car behind them had a difficult time, then stopped, talked to each other, then decided to walk on instead of take 30 seconds to fix their parking 🙃

I know I don’t own the road but it does irk me a little bit when people pull over when street parking is very packed and take over multiple spots instead of just pulling forward like three feet to let others use the spot too
