Tell people you feel the need to tell - coaches, staff, boards. Tell everyone so you and others can be safe. If you need to talk and can’t talk to any of them, talk to me. I do it all the time (which is sad, but better out than in). But GET IT ON FORMAL RECORD.

that while the guy who assaulted you accuses you of all sorts, particularly that you consented or even enjoyed your assault, there’s only so much that can be done. And the other man litigated his way back after the club suspended him. The club had no choice. It’s difficult and hard on all sides.

Baby’s first race. Bit doomed as three J13 girls and a J13 boy racing boats of four J14 boys. But good practice for what has to happen at a regatta and all the expectations and emotions. Including that post racing you can eat what you want at Maccas.

It isn’t even that they saved $8m. They just cancelled a contract for that much. Given the levels of “break it, THEN claw back and spend twice as much to fix what they broke” going on, it’s highly probable that they wasted far more than they claimed they saved.
