On the 2nd of March 1985, the 1st episode of Zeta Gundam aired. The sequel to Mobile Suit Gundam & created by Yoshiyuki Tomino, it ran for 50 episodes & received a sequel in the form of ZZ Gundam in 1986. It debuted in the 1st SRW (Gameboy) in 1991.

Does that mean I don't appreciate how far he's come from his younger days? Definitely not. Before the 2013 revival, I was content knowing he sorta chilled out and blended into the group. Nowadays it feels like the "Goku+Vegeta Show" and I don't care for it. More slice of life with the ogs, please. π
I'm interested in watching probably everyone BUT Vegeta at this point in my life. Not trying to trash him - but you can't deny that his actions/personality affect the cast far more than anyone else, even Goku. I find myself craving the pre-Saiyan arc friend group dynamics. They're life-long friends.

(final reply I promise) The other big announcements were cool too. Getting to see how they're tackling a "remaster" of Super went a long way in convincing me to watch, despite really not liking Super as a whole. And yeah - the fabled "2uper" show is finally happening. Rejoice - for Moro is upon us.
I'm most excited for AGE1000 - we should be jumping on any chance we get to flesh out the Dragon World past EoZ. To discover Toriyama really was re-visiting DBO material is akin to learning there's another Pandora's (Porunga's?) Box waiting for us. Great Saiyaman 7's design is also rad. π
Honestly better than expected? I really thought it was going to be (more of) a slog. Daima just wrapped, so I thought it was mostly going to be game DLC and a tease of Super's manga continuing. I'm happy to be wrong!

Been eyeing it on my wishlist for a while before finally snagging it on sale. I was in the perfect mood to get cozy and play it over the course of the last three nights.
