He currently holds stock in L3Harris, which has millions in contracts with ICE and FEMA.

Don't get me wrong -- I'm delighted to see Kristi Noem out but Markwayne Mullins is actually less qualified than Noem to run DHS. DHS is huge. At least Noem was a governor which means she has experience running something large (a state). Mullins lacks that experience.
