Yeah probably. I've just never seen so many people doing it as I have this year.

Intelligence Analyst #NHS. Passionate about data and the positive change it can make in our world. Love to help wildlife in the garden while growing food. Hike a bit, run a bit, like a good book. π¬π§πͺπΊ

How lovely. I'm still eagerly listening out for my first chiff chaff of spring.
Jet washing the paths around your house, is this a thing now?
100% agree.
Still no frogs π₯Ή
This is also Dottie π€£
I don't think I've shared a photo of our adopted Romanian Rescue. She was 7 months old when we finally got to adopt her. Now she's just over 1year. She absolutely beautiful and I love her to bits. This is Dottie:
No, they definitely don't do that. Which data opt out do you want, it's not all joined up. Your main patient record sits with your GP practice. They will be able to apply it to your record. Or advise what to do.
Also forgot to mention the beautiful big setting sun. Hopelessly captured.
Another cracking @bsbibotany.bsky.social webinar tonight for the 2026 100 Plant Challenge. I feel much more confident about using iRecord now. #wildflowers #plants #data #botany
I really hope the LMC gets behind this.
Every NHS body that processes your data has to abide by the opt out by law.
A really nice evening walk in my village in which the Merlin App manged to pick up 18 different birds in less than qtr of a mile. Plus an extra sighting of the Kingfisher which I haven't seen for over a year. Delighted.
Heading to Grimsby today as part of North East Lincs National Neighbourhood Implementation team to showcase to NHSE the data used to support local neighbourhood health. #nhs #data #health
If only the pond was that big π€£
I loved the classic editor so im pleased to hear that's still an option.
That's a long time. I've used it in the past but some of the changes they made seemed to make it overly complicated to write a post.
Thank you. I don't want to monetize, but I'd like to get a few followers π
I'm thinking of starting up a blog to share my gardening (non frog updates!) and 100 plant ID count news. Is WordPress or Substack better these days? #blogging #gardening #wildflowers
Still no frogs...#pondwatch
I know there are frogs about (I've seen them in my polytunnel), but for a reason yet to be discovered I just can't seem to entice them over to my pond. Im wondering if it's too deep (there are stepping rocks), too exposed (I've added in grasses to the parameter)?
Spent a lovely day in the garden today. Emptied a couple of composers onto my raised beds (not bad quality compost, im getting better at this composting lark!), sowed early brassicas and tomatoes. The world feels lighter in the garden.
I don't know if it's just me but I really don't like seeing war unfolding in real time on TV. I feel for all the citizens in both countries affected.
Well thatβs the end of 90+ daily vegetative plant ID posts from 1st Dec until today. It was a bit of a challenge but itβs nothing compared to Stella Ross-Craigβs (1906-2006) work. She did two drawings per week from 1947 to 1973 to produce a 31 part βDrawings of British Plantsβ
Yes it does.
All these people with their tiny ponds getting visiting frogs within a week. Three years I've had my little pond and nothing. Where is the justice!
What fantastic weather for spending time in the garden.
One day of sun on the grass yesterday and back to mud today...Feb, you're a tough month.
Already signed up. Looking forward to the webinars πΏ
I'll check it out, thank you.
Yeah, it was doing really well, throwing up new leaves all the way through winter then I looked today and the leaves were all flopped over. That's my second attempt to grow artichoke! π
