Have you tried calçots? It's a giant onion that you grill and then eat with romesco sauce. Highly recommend.

We made 6,000 of them for the neighborhood yesterday with the Castellers of Barcelona. Fem Calçots, fem barri.

It's Summer Day here in Albania!!

The weather isn't 100% cooperating, but today marks the end of winter for Albanians.
