Drop-In to Manga

I think I'll shift my focus to Kodansha/Yen Press/Square Enix and more on indie publishers going forward if Viz's anti-piracy methods flag me again.

Maybe this is a sign to finally become a K-Pop blogger because promoters want you to share their stuff and maybe won't use 3rd party legal companies to just bot-target you.

I do my part to read manga through official means and this is now what I get in return.

So I got another Google notification about my blog copyrighting posts about Psych House when I never wrote about Psych House on my blog.

I get that manga piracy is still a rampant problem, but this is absolutely frustrating the hell out of me as I'm being targeted by bot-enabled 3rd party apps.

Good god, what is happening in the manga industry?

So, Google got a DMCA notice from VIZ Media saying that my blog is bad. I'm trying to read this correctly.

I did a sample WRC exam and that was not fun, but somehow I did better than most people.

Forgot to mention, I'm a 16 year old manga blogger as of this week. I'm truly one of the last of a dying breed.

I remember back in the day, Mentzas was one of the first few people I saw at manga panels. Even saw him at Kinokuniya a few times. Looking back, he started something that was needed at the time & possibly is an inspiration for today's indie publishers.
