Concept for an alternative outfit for Luna from Omega Strikers, giving her a dark blue and gold dress with fluffy fabric details to mimic clouds and the night sky. She also has a satellite on her back instead of her usual rocket.

Same design image but without the satellite to make the outfit less confusing to look at and easier to use as a reference.
