My 9 games trend in order from 1 to 9: Mother 2 (EarthBound), Chrono Trigger, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, Star Fox 64, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, Pokemon Blue Version, Half-Life, Ghost Trick, Outer Wilds

Ray Tracing is unnecessary to games as a whole since we have decades of graphics tricks already.

But accurate reflections in RE Requiem legitimately breaks my brain, I keep seeing realistic movement in the corner of my eye thinking it's an enemy, and it's just my reflection in a window or wall.

ngl I was afraid people would be angry that Pokemon WW was Switch 2 exclusive. But I think everyone's just glad it's finally on a system that has enough power for Gamefreak's uh, optimization level. Plus it helps people have more than a year to get a Switch 2 by then.

This was originally a post about how we don't need AI to write NPC dialogue when we should be focused on making RPG storytelling more efficient again. Nothing wrong with being cinematic, but we should respect the player's time.

If the writer didn't care to write dialogue, I don't wanna read it.
