So five armed people feared for their lives from one person who would never brandished a firearm?
MAGAs are truly a bunch of snowflakes.
Imagine the poor #Fox News employee who has been tasked with digging up dirt on Alex #Pretti, the ICU nurse who after he had been disarmed by #ICE was then executed by ICE.
Sucks to be you, man.
Vance on Jan. 8: "You have a federal law enforcement official engaging in federal law enforcement action. That's a federal issue. That guy's protected by absolute immunity."
Vance today: "I didn't say that officers who engaged in wrongdoing would enjoy immunity. That's absurd."
Republicans on House Judiciary donβt want answers from Jack Smith. They keep on interrupting him as he responds to their questions.
To all those listening or watching the Jack Smith testimony, remind yourself that at no time has any Republican offered a single piece of evidence that contradicts any of Jack Smithβs conclusions about Trumpβs criminal activity regarding the 2020 election.
Whatever is in the Epstein Files is so explosive that the leaders of the Department of Justice are openly breaking the law every day to keep us from seeing it. (Just a reminder amongst all the other stuff flying around.)
I wonder if, after the initial shooting, he walked over to her car to see if she was still alive and, if she was, he thought he would put a couple of more rounds into her. He's a despicable POS.
He shows no emotion while he walks back to his car. How can he do that knowing he's just killed her.

I agree with your analysis. From my perspective I found his most annoying property was his intellectual laziness and his penchant for playing "word games" as opposed to thoughtful analysis.
It was sad that he chose to spend his last days pandering to his audience rather than friends and family.
Apparently, Mr. Hegseth is not familiar with the concept of "prior restraint"
I won't be watching 60 minutes again until they air the original segment.
60 Minutes should preface all of their upcoming segments with:
"This video has been approved by the Trump administration"
Henceforth, 60 Minutes should preface their segments with:
"The following material has been approved for release by The US Government"
I won't be watching 60 minutes until @cbsnews.com airs the piece in in it's original form.
Jack Smith still wants to speak in public:
In a new letter, Smith says he wants the American public to "hear the facts" about his two criminal cases against Trump β asking the House Judiciary Committee to release video of his closed-door deposition and schedule an open and public hearing.
Absolutely no way to read this and not conclude that the Department of Justice has been deeply corrupted. And this is from a time when career lawyers were in place, pushing back against illegality. With firings and resignations, the politicization will just get worse.

Mr. Vance responds.
A carefully chosen hypothesis designed to prevent counter-arguments. A rigorously designed experiment (double blind, large sample size, etc.) that would prove or disprove the hypothesis would take 10 to 20 years to complete.

Here's thought, how about he promises that they won't be roughed up and imprisoned if they are acting in good faith when they come here.

Question of the day:
If you were an engineer in South Korea and you were asked to come to the US to help build a factory, would you say yes and have an opportunity to be roughed up and imprisoned or would you say "go pound sand"? #ICE #Korea
Question:
"Is the person that assaulted you in the room right now?"
Define the term "Assault" so that it is unambiguous.
@yamiche.bsky.social I would like someone to ask the administration if "People should carry on their person proof of citizenship or legal residency when they are not at home?" #ICE #Detention

Moments before death, he condemned the system that was about to kill him: βIβm dying tonight based on testimony, that all parties, me, the man who gave the testimony, the prosecutor he used knew it was a lie.β
