4P is insane at contesting may’s offense and j.P is once again the great equalizer when they whiff in the air. Ravens speed allows him to maneuver where he wants around the screen and we get the added benefit of 2S and 5H being particularly affective against may.
His placement on my list is Raven player bias so don’t worry about it

Raven has slightly better neutral than ky and can really pester him at every range he wants to play. Both invul dash and stance is really strong against ky with having the trade off of getting beaten by his white supremacist normals and it really feels like it only comes down to who’s playing better
Ky is actually more even imo because we can thread the needle so well against him. It’s one of my most played mus so I think raven has every tool to succeed. The largest downside is escaping the corner and right behind it is vapor thrust. But even in the realm of dps it’s is sub par.
Ky in that tier is lowkey a proof reading error because I originally named that category, “even but if the opponent is bad then it’s super winning” and that’s not an accurate assessment of how a mu should be lol
Axl is one of ravens easiest, it just requires a bit of patience and good use of stance. Safeglide is also really easy on Axl and I only kinda care if I get CH by Benten. If you get normal hit by it you can glide back in to varying success. Overall it’s very good for raven.

0 to 6 tick combo off glide starter, this route (with timing tweaks) should be universal across the entire cast iirc. once you get it down, it can be pretty lenient vs some characters
