hatchR is a software ecosystem (R package and Shiny app) that allows users to predict developmental phenology for wild fishes using wild thermal regimes.

hatchR offers users access to established phenological models and the flexibility to incorporate custom parameterizations using external datasets. The package includes functions for model selection, phenology prediction, and visualization. Users include researchers, managers, and educators.
