Anyway, their behavior is, I suppose, a red flag in itself. I just really hate this kind of indirect, assumption based interaction. This is what makes people so hard to connect with, particularly for Autistics.
I wasn't even dumped directly. The person accidentally sent me texts saying what they felt about me TO me. When I gently pointed out the mistake, they apologized for the "unprofessional way" of communicating this to me. You DIDN'T comm anything TO me, you accidentally shit talked me to my face.
If only people would communicate more directly. It's easy to just not accept a follow request if you don't want it. Or say "no, thank you". Instead, you label an attempt at connection a red flag, express this to someone other than the person it affects, and then act validated in your choice. 😐
Yesterday I was dumped by a potential pet sitting job because apparently following the person whose home you may be sleeping in on IG is a red flag. I thought a more transparent connection to see each other was a positive. This was confusing & hurtful to me & my autistic brain is ruminating now.

Season 2 of Wednesday was disappointing. I don't get why she needed to be so unlikeable. Wednesday was utterly nasty, cruel & rude to everyone around her. Her darkness isn't rooted in a lack of kindness or empathy. Just a bummer.
