Having just come home from our weekly Evensong, this is a hilarious description.

The weekly Monday 4:30 pm struggle to get myself out the door for Evensong, intersecting with the daily 4:30 pm realization that my long-acting ADHD meds just wore off. Yep. Here we are again.
