Short story idea: The log of an overworked search-and-rescue team documenting the ways people have gotten hurt, lost, or killed by following "AI" despite the numerous signposts, trail markers, and other guides. As the absurdity escalates, so too does the team members' sarcasm and cynicism.

Many disabled folks rely on powered devices to keep them alive. The extreme heat of summer often causes power outages, which kills disabled people.

This is a downstream devastation of climate change - and why climate justice is so important.

It’s the marginalized who will suffer the most.

A federal judge in Boston declared grant terminations by the National Institutes of Health “illegal and void,” ordering the grants to be reinstated and accusing the Trump administration of racial discrimination.
