Q2: In the last few days we've eaten a cold Thai salad (Thai beef waterfall salad) and a chilled noodle soup (Korean naengmyeon), both using cold, thinly sliced leftover roast beef. I do love a summer BBQ too but if it's too hot I can't handle being out there!!

A2: To stay cool, we grill outside to avoid heat in the house and add a salad. Mostly though, I drink ice cold water all day long. Nothing cools me from the inside out better than that. #FoodTravelChat
