Today is the feast of my local Saint. The soldier-martyr, the Reverend Ted Howden.
On the feast day of Chaplain Howden, CH of the 200th Coastal Artillery, let us remember the sacrifices that were made for our sake & the love that inspired them. CH Howden served his men until death, sacrificing his own self for their well-being. I’m grateful for Chaplain Howden’s witness to us.
