So, I just came back from a week-long natural products expo. 65,000+ attendees. I could count on one hand the amount of times I saw/heard “ultra-processed foods” referenced. Even people for whom this is a business have no interest in defining this issue.

You know the movie where Tom Hanks lives in the airport? It’s me, I’m Tom Hanks, I live here now. I do not recall a life before I sat in a terminal and watched the boarding times for three successive flights get pushed further and further back.

I was sitting in a meeting when someone's phone pinged and they said “hey, Kristi Noem was fired” and, quite literally, everybody clapped.

I spent the afternoon scrubbing down everything that could possibly harbor moths and locking down dry goods in airtight containers. It is very gross!!

Two bags of Nulo cat food with Indian meal moths. Didn’t see them in the first bag until they got situated in the storage container and the feeders, but we definitely checked the second bag.

Well, there’s a name I haven’t heard in awhile. My mom had his songs on repeat while I grew up, this is the soundtrack of my childhood.
