This is probably my favorite painting of the year (so far). I have been making an effort to be a little more loose and playful with my color choices, shapes, etc.

I've always struggled to stray from "what's really there", and it feels like I'm finally able to disconnect myself from that feeling :)

I tend to use the oil brushes a lot and switch shape regularly, also definitely used lasso fan in this one, and a healthy dosage of smudge. :)
