4 frame comic. Stephie is babysitting at a snowy park. A woman, sitting on the same bench as her, asks : are you that kid's sister? stephie replies : their babysitter, actually! the woman says : "their"? is it a boy or a girl? Stephie answers : we don't know yet, they haven't told us. The woman continues, upset : but won't that confuse the kid?! they must have been born as something! Stephie says : the most confusing part of it is actually the amount of strangers who feel entitled to ask whats in that kid's pants. in the last frame, Stephie stares at the woman silently while the kid's face pops up in the corner of the frame.

I noted in my book "Prudery and the War on Sex" that the women's rights movement of the 19th century divided into 2 strains: one focused on empowering women, the other on protecting them. Problem with the latter is that it was no different from those who wanted to deny women equality.
