Finally released from the hospital, though another appt on the 24th which the dr said if his vitals aren't great then it's back to the hospital 😭 on top of my own vitals haven't been that great either, and my dr wants me hospitalized. This shit has my mind spiraled.

please mask and wash your hands and test if you don’t feel well. so many people are getting sick and getting others sick. stay home if you’re sick. exposing countless workers to illness so you can get your holiday shopping done or whatever is gross.

I really appreciate this Dr that saw me, she isn't my usual yet she was very efficient & understanding of my situation. Realized I have asthma & was immediately on my Xray looking it over with me asap where previous times w another dr they had me wait & call for results.

Soon as I try to start making the huge changes.... I get hit w a bad case of pneumonia in both lungs.. So bad the Dr looked at me bewildered that I wasn't in the ER... Told me not to do that again...I'm like... I cant afford it 🙃🤷🏽‍♀️😮‍💨 got two shots, & a shit ton of meds 🙃

Dragon Age Veilguard pretty much helped me dissociate last month. Much as I mentally needed it, I can't stay there.

Been making huge changes that are scary to me, tho changes are always needed especially positive ones yet I hope everything works out. Just overthinking thoughts.
