follow up to this i think thancred probably goes into the coliseum at some point and faces off against aegis to teach him some kinda lesson or something

aegis is usually away from sharlayan and is a regular fighter at the gladiator coliseum in ul’dah … the first time he entered though was a complete shock to lyra and thancred (who had to hear about it from raubahn)

helios and aegis have a bit of a rivalry between aegis grew up trying to beat his older brother, despite aegis himself being much more adept at battle helios is able to outsmart him most of the time and has to kind of knock some sense into him when he’s being stupid (aegis is very impulsive)

lyra would actually always bring the kids with her to any official oracle duties or travels; she’d be carrying them or once daphne/helios were old enough they’d carry their baby siblings walking just next to or behind lyra

all of the thanlyra kids play some kind of instrument just because actaea manor has a lot of them (bc of lyra’s mom ofc)

daphne loves singing and the harp, helios is more of a pianist, aegis knows the lute like his dad, and theia likes the flute
