the beauty of extended mixes is that the DJ can sneak off to go to the bathroom, file taxes, get a car wash, vacuum the carpet, read a book and meal prep by the time the next track transitions

Last night at #blfc was a fuckin blast. Everyone at the dead dog dance performed phenomenally.

So I somehow managed to get myself into BLFC. Not only that, I'm closing Mainstage on Thursday. I'm both nervous AND excited. If you're look for bricks, I'll be happy to deliver. I cannot wait to deliver the pure energy of my love for the hardcore sound.

Duuuuuude that sucks so bad to learn about.. I couldn't even fathom how broken I'd feel if artists I look up to were found out to be doing that.. Just not cool, man..

My biggest nightmare as a DJ just happened. Someone showed me a furry music artist and I got excited. I really liked their music and wanted to download their music.
....then I learned it's all AI generated. Worst, I found out that a few of the songs I have played was AI generated.
I just can't. :<

I think the most important thing IS to keep talking about it. The more people get exposed to knowing they're ALL at risk of hearing "you cant buy x because our shareholders dont like it" the more people will make a stink. I invest and I want people to buy anything that's legal to BUY and OWN.

The fact that I have to be forced to verbally accept the TOS so I can give my order to an AI at the drive-thu at a White Castle as put me over the edge. Fuck AI, fuck capitalism, just.... FUCK EVERYTHING!!! >.<
