It’s us. Also not caused by the Liberian team being blocked by the federal government or anything. Paperwork just didn’t get done in time.

I miss our Liberian friends and wish things had worked out this year. I hope next year goes smoother.

A point of clarity and nothing more: Liberia planned on attending but their paperwork wasn't able to be processed in time, in no small part due to the 19th being a federal holiday. They were not refused entry into the country by the federal government.
