I can guarantee that the Comet team has had PLENTY of practice for *perfectly safe* acts like this. We make sure to send them through boot camp- I mean.. . uh. . . "obstacle courses" quite often to lower the number of "unfortunate events"
I went to one of their shows yesterday and it was magic; classic in form (skits! dancing! singing!) and boundary pushing in execution (impossible changes! shifting space! furries!)
A team of 100+ artists hand making an elaborate performance for months to perform it for free. Its beautiful.
