A young single parent got an urgent referral to hospital as she's found a lump, didn't get to her appt, because she couldn't afford the parking when she arrived, so left. Too embarrassed to ask my daughter to quickly transfer a few bob. This is so wrong. There should be no charge for parking.

Jeremy Clarkson and Nigel Farage - cos-playing farmers.

Jeremy Clarkson and Nigel Farage - cos-playing farmers.

Greetings UK farmers!!

The man on the left bought a farm to avoid tax, and helped to push up land prices as a result.
The man on the right was a prime mover of Brexit - a major drain on the farming economy.

They are not your friends.

Thanks! I do love a bagel. I think I can find Malt here in France. I used to eat that by the spoonful when I was growing up in London... lovely stuff!

If you are a socialist and support people, not greedy billionaires, mega corporations and their ever increasing profits which are stolen from you.

RT this and find some more friends.

I don't think 🌹 stood a chance after the election. The FR media were down on them like a ton of bricks for literally every breath the new Govt took. I've never seen anything like this.

Is it used often? Will I get a weird look if I introduce it into my afternoon dog walk with my French friend?!

Trafalgar Sq used to be an island until part of it was pedestrianised in front of the National Gallery. I remember the furore over that too - oh but the taxis! the buses! traffic flow!

I've traipsed along Oxford Street since I was dragged along as a toddler in the 60s, when mum loved to browse in Dickens and Jones (couldn't afford anything!) And it's always cried out to be pedestrianised.

So small-minded of them. My own d-in law moved to UK after she married my son (9 years ago) She is perfectly fluent in English, held a well paid job in London (now a young mum) and is of last year a Brit herself (and voted, imo for the right party in July!)

I'm no legal bod but if the min living wage of cΒ£20k which govt believe a Brit national can live on & marry a fellow Brit, why is the income bar for a spousal visa set so high? Spouse also has to financially contribute to NHS, meet language level and other criteria (all fair enough) Makes no sense πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
