Both my parents in bed with heavy flu… in their 70s makes them so fragile. Taking care of them both cause me scrub of a brother can’t be bothered. And he literally lives 3 minutes away from them.
So weird how I can spiral into a shitty mental space whilst there is seemingly nothing to be gloomy about.
Guess its just a little loneliness.
Nothing the gym can’t fix though. To be fair, looking ahead at the rest of March, there are lots of fun things coming up. 😅
