Yeah, seems like the tests are more to get you INTO the interview, but the interview is where they can tell your Japanese level anyways.

From what I understand... you don't really need above N4 depending on what you plan on working in. N3+ is "desirable" but in the end the interview will determine whether or not they hire, not the score
