Definitely would impact OPEC tankers and U.S. purchases from Middle East region. From what I can find it would have little impact on OPEC Plus and U.S. oil exports.
I definitely think trump's actions against Iran will impact our price at pump/oil stock prices.

OPEC PLUS said they would increase oil production by 206,000 barrels a day in April, helping reduce impact on oil prices due to fewer shipments in Middle East.
