I literally thought my last box of KD was bootleg because I didn't need a jigsaw and a vice to get it open... wtf Kraft, just ???

I went to the mall today wearing zero makeup, just tallow honey balm & vanilla buttercream Nivea. Even 5 years ago you would not have caught me dead outside the house without a full face of makeup. I'm just feeling so much more comfortable in my own skin these days!

The two most recent additions to my jacket (the other pic shows the whole thing plus where I placed the new buttons)... Drew got me the Nuka Cola button a while back.

By the grace of whatever, we didn't lose power and everyone we care about here was indoors and safely accounted for. Watching the crazy whiteout swirling outside my window was a rollercoaster though.. I pray our city's unhoused were all safe throughout, it was a bad one.

If y'all ain't yet, here's the reminder—charge anything you got that needs charging and make sure you got emergency lighting/heat/cook source ready.. just in case 🤞 - A muffin pan with tea candles will work as a makeshift hotplate, make sure you use it in a safe place (kitchen sink, on a baking sheet on the stovetop, etc) - to mod that idea into a mini furnace—place an upside down ceramic crockpot liner over the candles, use props (find a couple of pots, empty cans, bricks, or a heat safe rack) to hold the crockpot high enough over the candles so heat can circulate and the flames can breathe safely. -place mirrors or reflective burner liners behind candles to increase lighting. -pick one room for all of your people and blanket over the doors and windows to maximize the heat and light usage. —do NOT use any fuel or charcoal based heaters or cooking surfaces inside the home.

I went and looked on Amazon, and I found the exact charms but with little loop links like for bracelets - amzn.to/4rifnUQ (checks out for price, my clips were $1.99 for the pack of 6)

You probably could though, the clips are really short and very firm—I was even thinking how I could use them as brooches or collar clips!

I saw the ice cream ones first and snatched them right up then those fish I was like "ok yep, I need those too!" 🤣

I have way too many adult coloring books but I got more tonight sooo 🤷‍♀️. I had the top 2 and I love how detailed they are so I bought 2 more from the series ($5 esch at Dollarama) 120 images, thick smooth paper stock.

It's something about black sugar, it's sweet but not in the same way? It's not an overwhelming sweet but it's also not a thick molasses type sweet either.

I really think I -would- like them, AmiTea uptown has this black sugar milk tea boba that I would trade organs for soooo....

Most of the time now I just intentionally look so freakin unhinged out there...

When I was really sick I was only keeping milk down, I bought vanilla pudding mix (because I literally cannot think of a circumstance, sick or otherwise, when I wouldn't want that) and I made it with the tiniest bit less milk so it would be more firm... 🤤🥰🍮

It was, I had an insane amount of pudding and I bought new coloring books!

This was my first day back at my job of being an alive person after recovering from a virus that put my whole system into barely moving *safe mode* I got my rescheduled iron infusion, picked up things the hive needed, and I even bought childish delightful nonsense to cheer myself on!

*labels, not levels. I'm so scared for you sometimes down there...

I want you to be careful right now too, a proper diag. is not going to open up any more benefits or help aside from maybe counseling? But: if you ever need to file a protected status to come here, it could effect that, and the less levels you have for the "services" there, the safer you might be.
