I change up my look pretty regularly, but here are a couple of recent screenshots!
The Gita says that souls change bodies as mortals change their clothes, yet the soul remains immutable and immortal. Trans folks are just souls changing their clothes now into something comfortable rather than waiting around, and thats both rad and theologically sound.
No joke, I think this might be one of the most important roles for tech-savvy Millennials/Gen Xers.
We caught a glimpse of an amazing world, one that was almost entirely free of corporate or political influence because the suits hadn’t caught on yet. We could talk with ANYONE in an age of landlines
Mara Wilson • @marawilson.bsky.social There's nothing thrilling about contrarianism. It's the most toddler shit possible. 2:45 AM • Mar 13, 2026
Anyone who's had their right to fully exist debated by some sweaty white dude who's just discovered Schopenhauer will surely feel this in their bones, but nice to have @marawilson.bsky.social articulate it so succinctly
There are no "devil's advocates." Just devils and dickheads
The cover for ROSES IN AMBER, a retold version of Beauty and the Beast by CE Murphy, features a headshot of a lovely young woman with her gaze downcast. She's surrounded by roses, and a threatening arch with glowing eyes is in the darkness behind her. Cover art and design by Fringe Element.

Been drawing my character (and many others) this way for ages because I like the aesthetic.
It woke me up. I keep hearing the occasional crash and thud from outside, so picking up from the aftermath of this is bound to be interesting.
Nobody has ever needed to pay for a lot of what this guy wants people to pay for, because they can do it themselves. So these people have to decay that functioning by force, and then they can sell people a sorry substitute for it.
What I find interesting about this line is that it’s an admission in order for this to happen, they need you to lose your ordinary intelligence that you already have.
This is why they want to get into schools. They want kids to lose basic capacity so that they have to rent it forever.
The first time someone explained periods to me I felt so betrayed by what my own body was going to put me through for decades. The idea that I should celebrate having to suffer pain and bleeding for decades made me resentful. My hysterectomy was a relief! No more of that bullshit, ever.
"Artists peak at 30", "30 under 30", "by 30 you should" ridiculous. Arts industries capital craves young people to exploit and burn out. It doesn't want older artists thriving and guiding the young. It also doesn't want artists to exist. Stop letting cannibals tell you you only matter on a plate.
One of you needs to hear this:
Real main character syndrome. “Only I can carry this torch” leaves out so many people who are ready and willing to step up and help.
Hey you, yeah...YOU.
I know it feels hopeless right now. So much going on it's overwhelming. Just remember to try not to stress over the things you cannot control and focus on the things you can.
Take time for yourself and bow out if you need to.
It's gonna be ok.

There’s this weird cognitive dissonance where authoritarians want to feel like they’re the persecuted minority… For being the ones in charge? I saw it a lot growing up evangelical. They think they’re the keepers of human morality holding back the tide of evil. Like it’s a secret club or something.
Idea: It's the 20's. Let's bring back the flapper fad of painting knees. I am an artist. I will paint on your knees. What do you want? A butterfly? A heart? Flowers? A Pokémon? Let's give you a nice little Bulbasaur. Very sexy. Twenty-three skiddoo.
All I know is what’s in the article, that they fired that manager and at least one other employee from a different Chilis for being trans.
It still surprises me because most folks assume I’m masc these days. Things that would have gotten me shunned when I looked fem are seen as confidence now.
cartoon drawing of me lying on the ground knees to my chest and scowling caption: “quietly resentful about having to exist today”
an old one #comic
This is outstanding. Kudos to all those involved in creating this package and to all the book authors who deserved a more just literary environment in which to publish over the last decade(s).
We have pretty robust human rights protections in IL, and especially in Cook County, so there’s hope there. It’s still galling how comfortable employers are just telling people to their faces they’re being fired for being trans.
Chicago area peeps, this is the chilis in Rosemont, and apparently the regional manager was involved, making every restaurant in the area suspect.
Gonna make time to work on creative things today. The past two days have been awful for legislation and rulings around trans rights and I need something to bolster my brain.
