The paint scrubbed right off with a dish brush after a little soak in dish detergent and warm water (in case anyone else has this vintage set and wants to try it). When I was a kid, I had the ‘girl’ version called Fashion Plates.

Gel plate print made with various bits and bobs plus pieces from the toy Mighty Men and Monster Maker from Tomy. I may try this again as there are a lot of pieces and combinations I can try. I want to make sure I can get the paint off of the pieces I used for this first, though.

This one is finished. It is about 3’x4’ and photographed in sunlight this morning.
Thinking about building my artist website…any suggestions of a good place to start?
