As a Baltimorean I am excited by all of the art, theater and music that’s coming here after canceling in DC. But I was struck by a @thebaltimorebanner.com reader who said “Baltimore can be the new DC.” But I want Baltimore to be the new Baltimore. We are special. Local artists so much…what say you?

And we know this because people are creating an atmosphere to manage their emotions before they’ve expressed them.

Quite apart from politics, which is how so many blinkered people see this issue, no reporter at your local school committee board or town council meeting means no one is watching when someone’s brother-in-law gets a no-bid contract. The increase in penny ante corruption must be breathtaking.
