The inability to start on things I need to do, the inability to stay on task for things that bore me, the constant switching between high and low priority tasks just to get a hit of dopamine. An the crippling anxiety at the end of the day when shit just doesn't get done, It's intolerable. I hate it.

I haven't taken my ADHD medicine since last summer. I hate how normal I feel on it... Not because I hate feeling "normal" but because I hate needing it to feel normal. To go from taking it daily for decades to zero for decades... It's fucking intolerable...

With all the talk of ai surveillance and these subpoenas going out to social media companies I'm debating obliterating my online presence entirely and just going full lurker mode except for telegram and vrchat... Jic shit gets "that" bad.

Four F-18s just flew low over our house across one of the bwi landing paths, that never happens. I wonder what's going on...
