-Cube your tofu
-Toss in lightly salted cornstarch or flour
-Fry tofu cubes
-Toss fried cubes in cinnamon & sugar

These have the texture of scrambled egg custard and taste like donut bites. 💕

Drove on Michigan highways once in 1994 and was shocked by all the potholes. I think about it often. Figured that was fixed by now.

I can’t stop them so i put a sacrificial spider plant in front of the one I don’t want chewed. The long leaves and baby clumps keep them occupied.
