This is again issue for me today - 502 service behind this page isn't responding to Azure Front Door

They probably just wanted to ship VScode with a built-in planning agent.
So, they added their own “Plan” mode (custom agent) and you can actually click on “configure custom agents” and see how it’s done and compare it to yours to see what they are using e.g. workflows, handoffs, etc.

When docker was installed MCP configuration was empty and I can access the page but MCP API was not installed.
