Bill passed out of this committee but not being advanced to the Senate instead going to the appropriations committee.

Sen. Liz Brown brings up concern over schools being liable if a plan to use an AED is not executed properly. “It’s not a fixable problem … that person may still die. My concern is the liability lies with the school because the plan is not executed properly.”
