my doc recommended popping open and squeezing one of those little vitamin E capsules on her after a shower. It worked pretty darn well for me, softens up the skin and doesn’t hurt as much. I have a script for tadalafil and that helps keep her active when I am sleeping 100% recc trying the vitamin E
