I’ve been a little quiet on Bluesky because I’m 3 months away from having my first baby.
I recently went to Brisbane for a maternity tour, which was a welcomed challenge for my modelling.

Here are some results from a shoot with photo_mode_exe on ig (not on Bluesky) and I’m stoked on them!

Thank you 😊😊 I still consider myself a novice at photography and just try to keep up my practice with it. Although I do think that being a model has aided some of my lighting knowledge etc. I listen & observe what photographers are doing with that sort of thing because of my natural interest in it

Yeah definitely — when i began self shot photography I used a $25 RGB lamp light from the reject shop. Really helped me learn some techniques and different styles. Which goes to show it’s just how you do things, now what you’ve got with equipment for the most part.

Yeah totally - I particularly focus on bodyscapes and portraiture in my self shot work because they’re two areas I have great appreciation for, and enjoy doing!

You’re absolutely right there. I might try this style again but with some portraits & the settings slightly lighter for extra detail.
