I better start practicing π
I might last just 2 pubs π
It might be worth paying a little extra for guinness in that part of the world, although I'm sure guinness prices would most likely be cheaper than Dublin π

Currently 0c in Dublin, with a real feel of -2c. It could be the Long Johns talking, but it feels like such a lovely, fresh healthy morning.
Future Days..
Pearl Jam.
Such a beautiful song. Gets me everytime.
'She stares off alone into the night
With the eyes of one who hates for just being born'
Racing in the Streets. Peak Bruce.
I watched it as a kid in the early 80s. Always loved the intro and idea of the show. I'd say they are a fun read.
Looks like it was well worth the wait. You picked some great titles and at bargain price. The last Star Fighter was a favourite growing up, never knew that or Buck Rogers were books.
It was like I had a guardian angel guiding me home. Or somebody who regretted responding to that first message π

Practice makes perfect, but that does sounds like a great night in π
We could be overdue a pint with lots of laughs, plenty of crap talk and more laughter. And that's not just because I mayneed somebody to wake me up after my fourth pint, and help carry me home π
The lack of appreciation for the practicing fox screaming in pubs is quite alarming @ally-wallace.bsky.social
Tut tut..
All those alleged fox screams you heard over the years, it was all meeeeee...
That one is probably, slightly too creepy π
I have mastered the mimicking of fox screams, using them to camouflage the romantic noises of my ladder positioning.
I will let the historical bit slide for now π
That, and the soft romantic clattering of a ladder resting against your windowsill π
It's 1989 and I would have been 19 years of age.. so I wasn't to sure what to expect from this year's retro charts but I can say it brings up some surprises in both games and music really... So enjoy

No need to rub it in π
It's a welcome sight, but may not be out for too long. We've had rain every day for the last two months. Thats a lot, even for Ireland π
The Sun low in the sky, partially hidden behind scattered clouds. Shining.
It's been awhile, but I think they call it Sunshine..
A friend of mine used to exhibited similar symptoms when playing on his ZX Spectrum. Have you been using a Spectrum lately π
It makes getting to work very entertaining though. My dancing has improved massively since buying my umbrella π
Same myself. Its a great show and episode π
Stewie in family guy emphasised the H when pronouncing it. It Always stuck in my head π
Cool place names on my travels
Coole as in 'coole-hwip'
Yeah, brilliant band indeed.
Things sometimes become clearer, and make much more sense when we realise we are not seen as a friend, just a sounding board π
Some Iron Maiden on a rainy morning in Dublin π€
What a voice π€
One of my Dad's favourites was Destry Rides Again. I remember him telling me how after going to see it, he and his friends would hum the theme while playing cowboys and Indians, in Dublin π.
It is a classic, and still very entertaining. As easy watch westerns go, it's one of my favourites too.
